BYOL: Bring your own bed and kitchen linen (see below for details and sizes) Deposits: A deposit of 50% is due immediately upon booking. No unit will be reserved until a deposit is received. If a deposit is not received in a week's time, the booking will be automatically cancelled. Deposits may be made by cheque (provided cheques are received 3 weeks before check-in date), or by Visa or Mastercard. Cheques are to be made to:Bayfront Beach Resort and mailed to: 734 Shore Lane, P.O. Box 92, Wasaga Beach, ON, L9Z 1A2. A $25 charge for NSF cheques will be applied. A discounted rate may be available for renters who book their next year's reservation, before they leave. Ask for details. Remainder of Cost of Rental: The remainder of the cost of the accommodation will be payable 30 days in advance of the check in date. All renters must provide a $500 security deposit. A larger security deposit may be required depending on the date of rental and number of people in the unit. Payment can be made in cash, or by Visa or Mastercard. No personal cheques will be accepted. Security Deposit: Bayfront Beach Resort Townhouse Condominiums will require a security deposit of $100 per person or $500 per unit. The exact deposit required will depend on the date of the rental or on the number of people in the unit. The security deposit can be provided in cash or the amount authorized on a Visa or Mastercard. The security deposit is to make sure that there are no violations of the rental agreement, no damages are made to the property, and that the property and unit is left in the same cleanliness and condition upon which they were received by the renter. Deposits will be refunded upon checkout unless damages or other violations of the rental agreement are questioned. If the security deposit does not cover the extent of damages or other violations, renters are responsible for the remaining costs. Bayfront Beach Resort Townhouse Condominiums is permitted keep portions of the security deposit, in order to recuperate for minor damages. A charge of $100 will be withheld if the unit is not cleaned to the standards maintained by Bayfront Beach Resort Townhouse Condominiums. Check In: Check in time is between 2:00-3:00 pm. If you cannot check in at this time please inform Bayfront Beach Resort Townhouse Condominiums prior to your check in date. Later check in can be arranged when prior notice is given. Please do not enter the unit without having picked up your key and paid the remainder of the balance owing. Specific capacities for the units have been established by our Fire Department. Added guests cannot be accommodated. Only adults (18 years old) can sign the registration upon checking in. They will be responsible for any minors with them. Minors are not to consume any alcoholic beverages. Minors seen drinking alcohol will be reported to the authorities and asked to leave without refund. Checking Out: It is the responsibility of the renter to clean the unit. The management no longer provides housekeeping services; otherwise renters will be charged a $100 cleaning fee. Renters must leave the unit as it was found, returning all furniture to its original place, cleaning the unit and ensuring that all outside furniture and equipment is returned to its original location. More specifically: garbage needs to be thrown into the locked container along the side of the building, floors need to be swept and mopped, all surfaces need to be wiped, appliances need to be cleaned, windows need to be left only slightly open and all supplies need to be put away. Deductions from the renters security deposit will be used if these conditions are not met. Any damages to the unit, furniture, supplies, and equipment, etc. needs to be reported as soon as they occur. All or part of the security deposit can be used at the discretion of Bayfront Beach Resort Townhouse Condominiums, to provide compensation for these damages. Check out is at 10:00 am. Representatives from Bayfront Beach Resort Townhouse Condominiums will be available to walk through the unit with you and at that time you must hand over the keys and the remote to television satellite. A $100 charge will be charged for late checkouts. If any key is lost or misplaced and not returned upon check out time, a charge of $100.00 will be taken from the security deposit or charged to the renter. The door locks have to be reset and new keys issued. Parking is Limited: Most units only have one parking spot available. Additional parking is not available. No Pets Allowed: Pets are not allowed on the property. The renter must comply with this policy or he/she will be asked to leave the premises without refund or prorated return on accommodation fees paid. No Smoking Allowed: There is no smoking allowed in the units. A $500 fine will be charged to anyone found smoking or to any renter whose unit has been smoked in. Picnic tables outside have ashtrays. Please use them and make sure you dispose the ashtray contents safely. Pool Etiquette: People entering pool area must rinse off before entering. Include rinsing sand from feet.. Please use plastic cups for your beverages and use cans for beverages. No glass or china item should enter the pool area. This is for everyone's safety. Remove your belongings from chairs and tables around pool area when you leave. Please don't "save" chairs for others. Large floatation items are not permitted in the pool. There is no lifeguard for this pool. An adult must supervise children in the pool. Pool hours are posted as well as specific rules. These must be obeyed. Guests may lose pool privileges if they disobey the posted rules. Any damages or reckless behaviour leading to pool property damage, equipment malfunction or other result in damages or pool interruption will result in damages being recuperated by Bayfront Beach Resort Townhouse Condominiums through the security deposit. We do our best to make sure the pool is in working order and the water quality meets Health Inspection standards. We cannot guarantee the pool will always be available for guests. Unforeseen events may cause an interruption in the availability of the pool. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for any interruption of pool availability. No Visitors: Visitors are not allowed on the property including outside common area at any time. Visitors put added strain on the units as well as the public or shared facilities on the property (BBQs, picnic tables, pool, etc.). Cancellation Policy: Cancellations by the renter must be made in writing to Bayfront Beach Resort Townhouse Condominiums by the January prior to date of the booking. At that time the deposit will be refunded less a $100 cancellation administration charge. If notification of a cancellation is made at any other time, Bayfront Beach Resort Townhouse Condominiums will attempt to re-rent the unit. If the cancelled unit is re-rented, the deposit will be refunded to the original renter less a $50 cancellation administration charge, upon receipt of the deposit from the new renter. If renters are asked to leave because of a violation of the rental agreement, no refund will be provided. Remember to Bring:- Bedroom linen for double beds. Futons require double bed sizes as well. Bring fitted and straight sheets and pillowcases.

- Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen linen, etc.
- Toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.)
- Dish soap, trash bags, plastic wrap, foil paper, etc.
- Condiments (sugar, salt, pepper, ketchup, etc.)
- Plastic cups for around the pool
- Corkscrew, bottle opener, garlic press, and other specific kitchen aids
- Sun bathing chairs or lawn chairs (limited number)
